As a board-certified Physician Assistant, Maggie has years of injection experience — particularly with hair PRP procedures — and has specialized training in hair loss conditions. Maggie’s goal is the pursuit of a successful result that exceeds her patients’ expectations, using the safest and latest medical treatments. Maggie trained under Dr. Matthew Kanaan — a Duke-trained physician and PRP/Regenerative Medicine Specialist, who is the Medical Director of both The PRP Center and Carolina Nonsurgical Orthopedics.

Leigh Anne, NCMA, is a highly skilled National Certified Medical Assistant with extensive experience in specialty practices. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and plays an essential role in supporting regenerative hair restoration treatments. 

Her extensive credentials include CNA I & II, Nursing Care Associate, and Phlebotomy Certification. Her advanced phlebotomy expertise is especially valuable in assisting with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedures, including those used for hair restoration treatments.

Valerie is dedicated to ensuring patients receive a warm welcome to our practice by providing a seamless scheduling process, and by answering all patients' questions prior to treatment. She is usually the first staff member patients connect with at our practice (whether on the phone or at the front desk), and is a phenomenal resource and advocate for our patients.

Samantha is one of the friendly faces behind the front desk at our practice. She truly enjoys her job and loves helping others, always approaching each task with a positive attitude. Whether she’s assisting patients, managing appointments, or keeping things organized behind the scenes, Samantha is dedicated to making each patient’s experience as smooth and welcoming as possible. She takes pride in creating a caring environment where patients feel valued and supported from start to finish.

Known for her organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, Calista takes pride in finding solutions and ensuring patients feel supported. With more than a decade of experience, she has a passion for helping patients navigate the administrative side of their healthcare journey. As an Administrative Assistant, she specializes in insurance verification and is dedicated to helping each patient have a smooth and positive experience. She especially enjoys connecting with people and being a reliable, friendly resource that patients and their families can count on.

Amanda helped co-found The PRP Center after personally experiencing hair loss following the birth of her 3 children. After witnessing results first-hand, Amanda was excited to start Raleigh's first PRP-only clinic and share this safe, natural and effective treatment. As practice manager, Amanda oversees the operational side of the practice.

Dr. Kanaan is a Duke-trained physician who has been providing PRP treatments in the Raleigh area for more than 10+ years. Dr. Kanaan has performed over 10,000 PRP injections, and has extensive experience in the field of regenerative medicine. As Medical Director, Dr. Kanaan oversees the operations of the clinic and personally trains all of the physicians and physician assistants.
